Of course, it's and this is actually more than 12 years out of date, having been published, I think, as an armchair companion to watching the '98 Olympics as the results from those games are nowhere in this volume. It does, however, offer a brief synopsis of each sports' history, the medal winners and the stories of the event.

This is an outstanding read if you're an Olympic junkie. There is also a version for the Summer Olympics. Loved the older stories about the Olympians of the past. Would love a version completed after the Olympics rather than prior to the ones. The Vancouver Edition is the third book on the Olympics that they have written together.
